The Award in Conflict Management has been developed to meet the requirements of individuals who require training in conflict management. This is useful across all sectors for any customer facing roles.

Entry requirements
To register for this qualification, candidates must be aged 16 and over It is advised that they have a minimum of level 2 in literacy.

Two days.

The objective of the qualification is to:
• Support a role within the workplace, especially those that have a customer facing role and deal with service users and/or the public
• Provides Candidates personal growth and engagement in learning the qualification provides learners with the knowledge and understanding in conflict management.

It can also be a useful qualification for individuals who would like a better understanding of how to prevent conflict situations, and who would like to gain more confidence in being able to deal with conflict situations should they arise.

PLEASE NOTE: There are minimum and maximum attendance requirements for this course. The maximum number of candidates for this qualification is 12. The minimum attendance required for this course to go ahead is 4 candidates. If your application exceeds this number or there are insufficient numbers to proceed, you will be offered a date on the next available course. Should you not wish to attend an alternative date, a refund will be issued.
